These terms and conditions are to protect your rights as the customer and give set guidelines on how we run our business.
All items are rented as per the agreed rental cost, and will belong to The Bridal Path at all times.
Payments
A deposit should be made upon booking (see below). Full payment for rental is required at
least two weeks prior to the booking date.
Deposit
A deposit of the full rental amount is required upon booking, this is to cover any
cancellations and any damage that may occur.
If a booking is to be cancelled then a full refund will be given if the customer gives 1 months notice. If cancellation is made after this date then only half of the deposit will be refunded.
Upon return of the dress, there is any un-repairable damage the full deposit will be kept by the Bridal Path, if the damage can be repaired then an agreed amount will be deducted from the deposit to cover these costs.
Deposits will be handed back in full when the dress has been returned to our premises and is in good condition. This will be paid back to you by cheque.
Returning the goods
We require the dress / accessories to be delivered back to our premises within one week
after the wedding has taken place. If you need longer than this e.g. You are going abroad then
please mention this at time of booking. (a small fee may be charged)
